it looks like the Colonel may be heading to battle. The Huffington Post reports that KFC is considering legal action against a new fried chicken shop in Bangkok, Thailand, that is using a logo that's quite similar to the well-known red-and-white KFC storefront logo. No, the Thailand eatery didn't steal an image of KFC's famed Colonel. Its headshot features another familiar face — Adolf Hitler's (in fact, the shop is called "Hitler").
According to the Huffington Post, KFC said it is considering legal action. "We find it extremely distasteful and are considering legal action since it is an infringement of our brand trademark and has nothing to do with us," a spokesperson from Yum! Brands, KFC's parent, reportedly said.
