White Castle is taking its signature sliders on the road. The company is launching two food trucks this month in the hopes of testing new products and becoming part of a larger trend. According to Bloomberg Businessweek, the trucks will roll out, literally, in Louisville, Kentucky, and Columbus, Ohio. Fans will be able to hire the trucks for special events like weddings, but eventually the trucks will have regular locations. Menu items will include three takes on the square sliders as well as offerings not available at the brick-and-mortar locations. One possibility is salty caramel fries.
