Paula Deen is back, y'all! Over the weekend the former Food Network star received a standing ovation at the South Beach Food and Wine Festival in Miami after telling the crowd "I'm back in the saddle!"

Paula Deen took the stage to prepare chicken and dumplings, and she used her time in the spotlight as an opportunity to apologize once again. According to E!Online, Deen told the crowd: "We have come off of a very hard summer my family and I, my team, my partners. But you know, I have heard on more than one occasion ... that I've never apologized. So if anybody did not hear me apologize, I would like to apologize to those who did not hear me." Deen also thanked her fans for their continuous support through postcards and sending cleaned butter wrappers to the companies that dropped her amidst allegations of racial discrimination and sexual harassment.
