A beverage company decided to take a stab at making air. The new drink, called "Air," is an alcohol-inspired refresher, or in other words, alcoholic water.

According to FoodBeast, the new beverage is supposed to be reminiscent of a vodka soda. The ingredients listed on the front of the Air can are water and alcohol, and the drink is also carbonated. The alcohol in Air goes through a patented process, leaving it, "virtually odorless, colorless, and tasteless." When a consumer drinks Air, it should simply taste like carbonated water.

Air comes in berry, citrus, and club soda, but all flavors are neutral and toned down. Additionally, the vodka-like alcohol is malt-based, which means that the cans are available in the grocery store in the beer aisle. Each can contains .48 ounces of alcohol, less than a normal vodka soda.

Air will soon be available for purchase in major West coast cities, but the company plans to expand to the rest of the country. One can of Air is $1.74 and a 4-pack is $6.99.

Would you drink a can of Air? Do you think it's dangerous to have an alcoholic beverage on the market that tastes like water?
