Have an
extra jar of peanut butter and don't know what to do with it? Maybe Rosa Parks
can help. After six years of debate over Civil Rights revolutionary Rosa
Parks' estate, the items have gone up for auction at New York City auction
house, Guernsey's. Among the $10 million dollar collection, which is being sold
as a single lot, are items such as a postcard from Martin Luther Jr., the
Presidential Medal of Freedom, and a hand-written recipe for "featherlite
pancakes."

The recipe,
whose name "featherlite" refers to a type of self-rising flour according to New York Magazine's Grub Street, is
written in ink on the back of an envelope from the 1st National Bank
of Detroit. Though it may appear to be a simple pancake recipe you will notice
one extra, key ingredient: peanut butter!

we can tell from the AP's photograph of the recipe-adorned envelope (which can be seen here), Rosa's

2 tablespoons sugar
Mix:
