Sriracha is definitely the world's trendiest hot sauce at the moment. To celebrate the spicy condiment, affectionately known as rooster sauce, there will be a Sriracha festival in Los Angeles. According to the Los Angeles Times, the first annual L.A. Sriracha Festival will take place on October 27 from 3pm to 6pm in downtown Los Angeles. There will be Sriracha-themed dishes, Sriracha-themed desserts, and the founder of Huy Fong Foods as well as the author of "The Sriracha Cookbook" will be in attendance.
