These Fast-Food Meals Contain A Day's Worth Of Calories
Even salads and sandwiches can get you into trouble.

It's a tricky game guessing which items are low-calorie on a fast food menu. Some chains' salads are more fattening than their burgers, and if you think your sides are harmless, you should know that French fries can contain more calories than your entrée. The USDA tells us we should be eating 1,800 to 2,500 calories per day (it varies based on age, gender and activity level), but some of our favorite on-the-go orders can get close that number in just one meal.
