Mmm…breakfast. Probably the best meal of the day, especially on weekends when you get to turn it into brunch and really relax. And while breakfast might have always been a thing, there’s no question that the foods people were digging have changed over the years. Except maybe bacon and eggs will always stay in style.

In general, the 1970s was the decade for quiche all day long. For breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks, people were eating quiche like crazy. And since it’s so delicious, I don’t really blame them.
