Breakfast cereal isn't exactly a green juice, but one would assume it's a way healthier option than that donut we'd obviously rather be eating. But is it really? These 10 breakfast cereals all have more sugar per serving than a single, Krispy Kreme glazed donut (which contains 10g for one), and while some are expected, there are definitely some surprises on this list. If any of these are in your regular rotation, you're going to want to check yourself.
