Hearts everywhere broke when artisanal ice cream brand, Jeni's Splendid Ice Cream, was forced to recall products twice after listeria contaminations within two months of each other.

Amy's Kitchen, famous for its frozen, organic meals, recalled 74,000 cases of lasagnas, pizzas, enchiladas, wraps, and scrambles due to a possible listeria contamination in the spinach.

Starbucks Cookies

The popular coffee chain recalled their black and white cookies in 13 states because the miniature cookies contain milk, though the ingredient was not declared on the packaging. Milk allergens can cause serious and life-threatening reactions to those allergic to it.

Apparently, 2015 was not the year to scream for ice cream. Blue Bell Ice Cream recalled its entire product line in April due to a listeria contamination.

Pepperidge Farm was forced to recall 46,000 packages of bagels (and totally killed our bagel and cream cheese game) as they might contain undeclared peanuts or almonds.

In just about the funniest recall we could imagine, Wishbone recalled their ranch dressing after accidentally filling the bottles with blue cheese dressing instead. Oopsies!

We felt seriously blue when our favorite blue box meal had a 6.5 million box recall after they were found to possibly contain pieces of metal. Yikes! These are definitely not the cheesiest.

The Denver based company recalled 26,975 pounds of beef after discovering an E.coli contamination. The worst part? It happened over the Fourth of July weekend. Talk about terrible timing.
