Record Holder: Fargo Kiwanis Club's Pancake Karnivale

The smell of flapjacks filled the air as Fargo Kiwanis Club celebrated its 50th annual Pancake Karnivale. Club members and volunteers served up 34,818 pancakes, which must have called for a hefty amount of maple syrup! Glad we weren't on dish-washing duty that morning.
