Kelly LeVeque counsels Hollywood elite on all things health and wellness, but the holistic nutritionist to the stars is becoming a celeb in her own right. On the heels of the release of her first book, Body Love, she's added Jennifer Garner and Tiffani Thiessen as clients and fans. That's on top of LeVeque's existing queue, which includes Jessica Alba, Emmy Rossum, Chelsea Handler, and Molly Sims.

You've probably seen LeVeque's name — and her Be Well By Kelly brand — tied to smoothies. She's famous for a formula called Fab Four: a mix of four nutrients that work together to keep you full for hours. But the science extends beyond smoothies. You can apply the concept to literally any meal, which is exactly what Garner, Alba, and crew have done to shape up for roles, lose baby weight, and maintain all-around healthier lifestyles.

To qualify as a Fab Four meal, your plate must include protein, fat, fiber, and greens. "Fab Four meals turn off hunger hormones, squelch inflammation [ed note: like bloating], and provide the body with the perfect complete meal of essential nutrients," LeVeque told MyDomaine. Each of the four components has a job: Protein increases muscle tone and signals to your brain that you're full; fat increases satiety, slows digestion, and curbs cravings; fiber helps your gut detoxify and slows the absorption of glucose; and greens fight inflammation and provide key antioxidants and vitamins.

Once you've got foods in each of the four categories memorized, you can mix and match them to make a meal. But if you're not there yet, LeVeque's got a cache of recipes in her book and on her website, like Tuscan Kale and White Bean Soup, Lemon-Dill Roasted Salmon over Arugula, and Al Pastor Bowls. The best part: They come without a Hollywood price tag.
