This is a Public Service Announcement for any and all dessert lovers out there. Costco just combined two of your favorite foods — ahem, cookie butter and cheesecake — with its newest creation. The grocery store's Cookie Butter Cheesecake sounds like a dream come true, but it's only available for a limited time. Even though we made our own awhile ago, this is one you can get with no fuss.
A photo of the three-and-a-half pound dessert was posted to Instagram by Snack Betch, and it features a Biscoff cookie crumble crust on the bottom layer topped off with a layer of New York style cheesecake. The delightful-sounding concoction is made by Sweet Offerings Bake Shop but, before you make your way to Costco to by three of them, you should know that there's a catch. The cheesecakes are unfortunately only available in select Costco locations so, idk, maybe you can shoot one of your trusty companions a text and have them pick one up for you. Or you could show some true dedication and make your way to the Costco location nearest to you to get your hands on one. Whatever you decide, you can grab a Cookie Butter Cheesecake for the low, low price of $7, according to one Twitter user.
