Summertime is here and the living is easy, meaning that we embrace any time-saving hack with open arms. So if your go-to lemonade recipe calls for more than one lemon, throw it away. If it asks you to juice those lemons, just rip it up now. This trick, which we spotted on PureWow, will completely change the way you make lemonade.

Turns out, you can easily make the delicious drink by putting a whole lemon in your blender—rind and all. This trick completely skips over the time-consuming juicing step. Instead, prep the lemon by removing the seeds and pith. Then throw it into your blender with water, ice cubes, and sugar. In just minutes, you'll be out on the porch sipping one of the best glasses of lemonade you've ever had.

To keep your drink smooth and citrusy, Erin, blogger at Reading My Tea Leaves, suggests using four ice cubes. Any more, and you may turn out with a granita (which is still absolutely delicious, of course). PureWow also recommends blending your drink for a full minute to get rid of the pulp.
