Have you caught Hamilton fever yet? After the cast's performance at The Grammy's I can't even fathom how everyone hasn't 1) spent all the money to get a ticket to the show or 2) downloaded the soundtrack and promptly learned all the words à la James Cordon and Rosie O'Donnell.

However, if you haven't fallen head over heels for the $10 founding father, you can still appreciate Easter's favorite candy dressed in colonial garb.

This Hamilton-inspired Peeps diorama is the creation Kate RamsayerHelen Fields and Joanna Church, who made for The Washington Post's annual PEEPS diorama contest. The scene recreates the look and lyrics of the first number of the musical where the audience is first introduced to Hamilton, but this time with a much PEEPS-ier spin.

Looking at the scene we meet several people who know Hamilpeep, including a PEEP representation of Aaron Burr, who famously shot Hamilton in a duel.

The whole thing makes this Hamilton-obsessive so very happy. And if this doesn't convince you need to listen to that soundtrack, I just don't know what you're waiting for. Sadly, this candy version is the closest most of us will get to the show.
