It brings my soul great pleasure to be living in a time where breakfast and pizza have been forged together to create some delicious combinations. Don't even get me started on the joys of dessert pizza.  However, there's a new development on the forefront of morning pizza: corned beef hash crust. Let that sink in and try not to drool like I did.

Kyle Marcoux of The Vulgar Chef is known for insane recipes and a pretty intense potty mouth, but his latest creation has granted wishes I didn't know I had, and I am so thankful to be feasting my eyes on.

Corned beef hash is my ultimate breakfast staple. No a.m. meal is quite complete without that strange, crunchy-yet-soft mash of beef and potatoes. I still don't quite know what corned beef hash is, and I'm not quite sure if I want to.

I do know that it is what my breakfast pizza has been entirely missing. A crispy crust made entirely of corned beef is the perfect vessel for hash browns, eggs, cheese, and, of course, bacon. Yes pretty please.

And if that hasn't gotten you up and into the kitchen yet, perhaps the ease of this dish will. The entire thing is neatly tucked inside a cast iron skillet. Form the crust. Bake the crust. Throw in the eggs and cheese, and throw it back in the oven. Top with crispy bacon. Eat entire dish – sharing optional.
