Originating from New York City's OddFellows Ice Cream Co., this bad boy is created with the magical combination of smoked marshmallow ice cream, marshmallow sauce, graham soil, and chocolate cookie. It's one of OddFellows Signature items, described as a "modern twist on the ice cream sandwich with layers of gooey and crunchy." Okay, we're sold.
Don't live near NYC, but still want to partake in this tasty adventure? Worry not, friend. Reddit user GoodOldSlippinJimmy posted his idea of how to create your very own s'mores ice cream sandwich. His recipe calls for vanilla ice cream, marshmallow fluff, chocolate ganache, whole graham crackers, and crushed graham crackers and can be found here.
