What you see above is ice cream sandwiched between two pieces of funnel cake. A funnel cake ice cream sandwich. Like, a ramen burger but with dessert things. A funnel cake ice cream sandwich!
This mind-blowing concoction was created by John Park, owner of shaved-snow shop Ice Que in Alhambra, California, reports the L.A. Weekly. As of right now, you can only get it from 6-8 p.m. on Thursdays at the store. Park will begin serving it for more than three hours per week if the demand for it takes off (LOL). For now though, just three hours per week it is.
The sandwich costs $6.50, but that is irrelevant, no?
