Remember when ordering pizza involved getting up, walking over to the phone, dialing a number, and talking to an actual person? Thank the pizza gods that we no longer have to exert so much effort for a hot, cheesy pie. We can order on our computers, smartphones, watches, or even in our cars. Now Domino's Pizza is giving us an excuse to be even lazier — no movement required. Samsung Smart TV owners can now order a Domino's pizza with just a click of the remote.

This is just the latest in Domino's technology-obsessed quest to get customers to order pizzas on every device imaginable. Plus, the announcement couldn't come at a better time (or so the brand hopes): This weekend millions of basketball fans will be able to take advantage of point-and-shoot pizza ordering during their NCAA Final Four men's basketball-induced hunger haze.

"Basketball fans are going to be glued to their TVs, and now they don't have to miss a minute of the big game to order a delicious game day meal," Kevin Vasconi, Domino's chief information officer, said in a release.

Customers with Samsung Smart TVs manufactured later than 2013 can place orders via their Domino's Pizza Profile — the only catch is that you must have a Pizza Profile set up and have a previously saved online order. Even better news? You can also obsessively check Domino's Tracker to see exactly where your pizza is on its journey from the oven to your mouth. Thanks again, pizza gods.
