Nothing quite brightens our day like a good dose of citrus, and if it comes creamy and in a cup, so much the better. That's why we're loving this Tangerine Creamsicle Frozen Custard recipe from Pauline Rhoads over at The Better Crumb.

This recipe takes the creamsicles we loved as children to a higher level. The tangerine adds a slightly more sophisticated note, though you can really use any citrus that strikes your fancy.
