Ever noticed how well behaved those Hogwarts kids were at mealtimes? Whether he or she was a Hufflepuff or even a Slytherin, a Hogwarts' student always knew which fork to use. That's why an academy in a low-income area of the UK began holding Harry Potter-style banquets to educate students on table etiquette.

The dinners at Havelock academy's newly renovated dining hall started simply as a way to bring the community together. But when those in charge saw the children eating, a new goal arose. "It was clear that the experience of a number of these children at home was a television dominated, on your feet, relatively fast food experience," Nicholas O'Sullivan, principle of the academy, told the Sunday Times.

So once every two weeks (or fortnightly if you want to be British about it) the children, who are split up into houses much like the students at a certain wizarding school, sit down on the long benches to a meal of shepherd's pie, fish and chips, or another classic British dish. The dinners are run by housemasters who were recruited from the armed forces — that's something like an auror for you magical types. According to the Daily Mail, the academy believes that engaging children in a formal sit down meal will improve their confidence and self worth.
