Adults aren't the only ones who can enjoy the finer things in life while on vacation. According to CNN, there's a hotel in Singapore that'll go above and beyond to make sure that kids have the time of their lives, with specially designed rooms that look like they were ripped out of a Disney movie.
The Shangri-La Hotel in Singapore debuted five themed family suites that run the imagination-exploding gamut: Safari, Treetop, Castle, Underwater, and Space. The Treetop suite looks like a forest adventure playground, CNN reports, and the kids' bed in the Castle suite is ensconced in a gigantic red-and-white — you guessed it — castle. Each room is 72 square meters, and they all contain two bathrooms, a pantry, a sink, and a refrigerator. Oh, and just to add to the fun, the rooms also feature connecting tunnels between the children’s and parents’ bedrooms.
Guests in the themed suites are also offered complimentary admission to Buds by Shangri-La, the indoor and outdoor playroom associated with the hotel.
The only catch is that these suites will set you back more than your typical Motel 8 — or even Holiday Inn. Each one costs about $700 a night, though the hotel also offers deluxe suites at $300 a night, which are slightly smaller (and, sadly, lacking in the castles-and-underwater-mural decor).
