The whole world (or at least those of us over at Delish, if you haven't already noticed) seems to be obsessed with pickles right now. So it's only fitting that one of the recipes that's currently dominating Pinterest at the moment is one for none other than fried pickles.
According to Refinery 29, a blog by the name of All She Cooks has a fried pickle recipe that's been saved on the app close to 100,000 times. It's supposed to be a copycat recipe mimicking the fried pickles served at Texas Roadhouse. The recipe makes enough pickles to serve four people, and it only takes a total of 20 minutes to throw together — that's less time than it would take you to head to an actual Texas Roadhouse and order some, tbh. In addition to that, it also includes a recipe for a super easy to make dip that only calls for four ingredients that are likely already in your kitchen right now.
If you'd rather get your fried pickle fix sans the extra grease, you can always opt to try out a non-copycat, oven-fried version as well.
