The internet is a wild place. So wild that people are now using it to throw into question everything you've ever known about one of your favorite childhood snacks: Uncrustables. Apparently, there's an eyebrow-raising debate happening right now regarding whether Uncrustables — the crustless PB&Js you used to be obsessed with — can be classified as ravioli or a sandwich.

According to POPSUGAR, all of this madness started when a fellow internet user just happened to notice that Uncrustables were categorized as ravioli after coming across the Wikipedia page for "sealed crustless sandwich." There are a lot of things to unpack here, but the most important question is, how did this person end up on the sealed crustless sandwich Wikipedia page anyway? That may forever remain a mystery, but once the fun fact was shared on social media, it all went downhill from there.

Some users on Twitter were in full agreement that Uncrustables are, indeed, ravioli.

Others, understandably, had a tough time processing the information.

Some even suggested that other popular snacks could now also be classified as ravioli.

And just as a surprising amount of people began to accept this new revelation, Smuckers, the makers of Uncrustables, came through to clear the air.

So that settles it. For what it's worth, we took a look at the Wikipedia page ourselves, and the crustless sandwich is now categorized as a *gasp* sandwich. But one of the paragraphs in the description refers to it as a dumpling — which probably means we're about 30 minutes away from another heated debate taking over your Twitter feed.
