Taco Bell is known not only for its delicious fast food, but also for the many, many ways it's constantly innovating its menu items. Like, the chain creates foods straight out of our wildest dreams and makes them so cheap...how?? Not only are they committing to continuing that trend, but they also announced they're bringing back one of our favorite menu items for that's just $1.
Taco Bell announced this week that it would be bringing back the $1 Loaded Nacho Taco later this month. It's made with a tortilla filled with seasoned beef, lettuce, cheddar cheese, and nacho cheese sauce, as well as their Southwest Seasoned Chips, which are crunchy red tortilla chips seasoned in lime, tomato, and garlic. Perfect for those of us who can simply never choose between nachos and tacos. Why would you???
The menu item will be back at drive-thrus starting on Christmas Eve (which seems like the best present of all), but just a warning: It will only be available for a limited time. That means you shouldn't fill up on sugar cookies before getting one of these babies in your hands.
This announcement comes as Taco Bell made a promise to continue to innovate around menu items priced from $1 to $5. As heartbroken as we were to say goodbye to some of our fave Taco Bell items earlier this year, this promise has us all sorts of excited about what the chain has coming down the pipe for next year. Change is good!!!!!
