Imagine walking into a restaurant and ordering your feelings. Maybe you're feeling curious, spontaneous, playful, or something else entirely. Well, Philadelphia Cream Cheese is bringing a feelings-based restaurant to New York City this week as part of a multi-sensory dining concept.

Fittingly titled Feeladelphia, the experience will invite guests to explore, taste, and discover a range of feelings through cream cheese-infused dishes curated for the event.

If you're skeptical about it being a stunt with questionable food, you can breathe easy. Feeladelphia is helmed by Jeremiah Stone and Fabián Von Hauske Valtierra, head chefs and owners of the Michelin-starred Contra and Wildair.

Feeladelphia, which costs $35 per person, will be open from July 14 to 16. Reservations for the three-hour multi-sensorial experience are available on a first-come, first-serve basis and can be made via OpenTable.

“Our brand platform, ‘You Don’t Just Taste It. You Feel It,’ was inspired by consumer narratives describing how Philadelphia cream cheese goes beyond incredible taste to stimulate the senses and evoke feeling in every bite,” said Keenan White, Senior Brand Manager of Philadelphia Cream Cheese. “We wanted to bring that idea to life in a novel way, so we partnered with two renowned chefs to explore how Philadelphia can transform dishes into a range of feelings."

For curious diners who aren't in New York City, Philadelphia Cream Cheese will release a limited-edition interactive Feeladelphia cookbook with edible pages, interactive scents, curated sonic experiences, and more. The book is currently available for pre-order.
