Cold brew had its moment, but now sparkling coffee is stepping into the spotlight. The drink, which tastes like a mix between seltzer and iced coffee, has been around for years (RIP BibiCaffè), but has grown in popularity this summer with the release of canned versions by Stumptown Coffee Roasters and new companies like Keepers. If you haven't tried the fizzy bev yet, here are four versions to track down. Expect to see more of these brands in the future – they're doing work to make sparkling coffee the next big thing.

You can find this Portland-based brand's sparkling cold brew at any of the store's locations, or order it online. It comes in Original, Ginger Citrus, and Honey Lemon, and has half the caffeine of Stumptown's original cold brew, so you can easily sip it mid-afternoon or add it to a cocktail.

Keepers Citrus Coffee Soda

Keep an eye on this Brooklyn-based company, which started selling its coffee-based soda in New York Whole Foods locations this summer. You can also order cases online or buy cans at delis and markets around New York. According to Daily Coffee News, they're working on a Pineapple Ginger flavor to launch next.
