Good news for anyone who's still thinking about last year's Dipped Strawberry Blizzard—as of today, it's back at participating DQ locations! The Blizzard of the Month snuck in a few days early, probably because 1) it was so flipping good and 2) February is a short month. Regardless, we're pretty pumped.
ICYMI, Dairy Queen's Valentine's Day-themed treat is basically an ice cream version of a chocolate-covered strawberry with vanilla soft serve, chunks of Ghirardelli chocolate, and strawberry topping all blended together.
Also back in restaurants: the Dipped Strawberry Cupid Cake, conveniently made to serve two. You can pick up one of these ice cream cakes, which also made with Ghirardelli, in stores or you can order one online.

If you've got chocolate-covered strawberry taste on a fast food budget, Dairy Queen just launched a Valentine's Day Blizzard for you. The joint's newest frozen treat is called the Dipped Strawberry Blizzard, and DQ teamed up with chocolate giant Ghirardelli to make it extra-awesome. It's the signature vanilla soft serve blended with chunks of chocolate and real strawberry topping. The whole thing sounds like a combo of two of our all-time favorite Blizzards — Brownie Batter and Strawberry Cheesecake — so the possibility for success here is high.
But that's not the only thing Dairy Queen is adding to its menu for the holiday. They're bringing back the epic Cupid Cake, this time made with Ghirardelli chocolate. It's basically a giant, frosted version of the V-Day Blizzard. The pros behind the counter mold soft serve, chocolate, and strawberries into a heart shape that the brand say feeds two.
But they're clearly underestimating how much cake a very single, very bitter person can take down.
