If the last year in sweets was any indication, cereal belongs just as much in desserts as it does in a bowl. Ben & Jerry's and Burger King swirled it into ice cream and shakes, and trendy donut shops everywhere added Cap'n Crunch and Fruity Pebbles-topped donuts to their cases.
Now, Sprinkles Cupcakes is serving limited edition Breakfast Cupcakes featuring childhood favorites like Cinnamon Toast Crunch and Cocoa Puffs. The delish flavors add cereal to the tops of some of Sprinkles' classic flavors, like Triple Cinnamon and Dark Chocolate.
The flavors are spread out throughout the month of January and into early February, and are available in stores only (no online orders or ATM visits, sadly), so make sure to mark down when your favorite will be around.

Fruity Pebbles
January 1-7: Birthday cake topped with lemon-vanilla frosting and Fruity Pebbles
Banana Cocoa Puffs
January 8-14: Banana cake with vanilla frosting and Cocoa Puffs
Triple Cinnamon Toast Crunch
January 15-21: Lightly spiced buttermilk cake topped with cinnamon cream cheese frosting and Cinnamon Toast Crunch
Chocolate Peanut Butter Cap'n Crunch
January 22-28: Belgian dark chocolate cake topped with peanut butter frosting and Cap'n Crunch
Strawberry Lucky Charms
January 29 - February 4: Pure strawberry cake topped with strawberry frosting and Lucky Charms
