Watch out, Cherry Garcia: Ooey Gooey Butter Cake is coming for you. A New York ice cream maker is expanding like crazy, with aspirations to be the next big thing. Bloomberg reports that Brooklyn-based Ample Hills Creamery is expanding in a huge way, with a movie partnership and an expansion to the West Coast. The aim is to become the new Ben & Jerry's, and cofounder Brian Smith even met with Jerry Greenfield to get business advice.

The company has a big-time fan in Bob Iger, the CEO of Disney, who has sent pints to Oprah, Tom Hanks, Jimmy Kimmel, and J.J. Abrams, among others. Ample Hills has even partnered with Disney on a special Star Wars ice cream collaboration.

Currently Ample Hills has four locations in Brooklyn, two locations in Manhattan, one in Queens, and one at Disney's BoardWalk Inn in Florida. The company is also working on a 15,000-square-foot factory, a shop in Jersey City, and a brand-new flagship store in Los Angeles. But really what they're working on is selling their pints, and they're even working on a new square container with a spoon that snaps into the lid.

If you don't live in New York, you can buy Ample Hills ice cream on the company's website or on Amazon. And if the company really does take over the ice cream world, here are some flavors you can look forward to:

Ooey Gooey Butter Cake: Vanilla ice cream with chunks of St. Louis-style cake of the same name:
