If you've never bought Trader Joe's cauliflower rice, you're missing out. It can be used in place of regular rice in burrito bowls, in a stir-fry, or under your favorite protein.
TJ's sells cauliflower rice both frozen and fresh, and at only $2.49 a bag, it's pretty much a steal. Plus, it's way easier than grating cauliflower yourself.
However, the popularity of TJ's Riced Cauliflower has reached the point where some stores have started rationing it out. At stores in South Orange, New Jersey and Fairfield, Connecticut, customers can now only purchase two bags at a time.
While the cap is in place in both locations, a rep from the Connecticut store told Well+Good that they would not be actively enforcing the rule.
For now, no other stores have a limit, so all you cauli lovers can continue shopping to your hearts' content. While you're at it, you can also try Trader Joe's new premade cauliflower crust pizza.
