We know you are obsessed with pickles. We've been feeding that hunger all summer with the craziest pickle recipes we can come up — from pickle sushi to pickle sliders. So we couldn't help but get excited when we heard Walmart is jumping on the "pickles are amazing" bandwagon.
Around 1,400 stores are now selling "Tropickles," cucumber pickles floating in a jar of red fruit punch. The pickles are under Walmart's Great Value brand, but the super-center admits they weren't the first to think of the idea. The combination is already super -popular, especially in the South.
In a statement, the company said, "The modern-day couple, the pickle and fruit punch met on social media (they bonded over recipes on Pinterest, to be exact); now, we are celebrating their union on Walmart store shelves."
The jars go for $2 each, so you basically have to try them if you come across a jar. If you're a fan of the salty-sweet combo, these could be your new favorite snack.
For all you pickle purists, there are an insane amount of regular-flavored pickle snacks on the market today, from popsicles to soda.
