Soon after Domino's jumpstarted its emoji-ordering system, the social media food delivery trend roared. Less than a year later, Facebook rolled out in-app ordering directly from food brands' pages. And now Papa John's is taking advantage of the platform's new tool by becoming the first national pizza chain to take instant Facebook orders.

Beginning today, you can start placing pizza orders directly from Facebook — either on your smartphone or in your browser — by hitting the "start order" button and picking your favorite pie. From there, you just have to enter your address and payment info before finalizing your order.

The FB service surprisingly includes order tracking, so you can keep tabs on your pizza as it's getting tossed, baked, boxed, and driven to your door.

Honestly, it sounds so simple that you might want to add some garlic knots or bacon cheddar sticks to your cart before checking out. Or maybe this is just one giant sign that you should finally try the chain's new double cheeseburger pizza. (It's okay, we were skeptical, too.)
