There's never a bad time to eat pancakes — for dinner, as a midnight snack, when you're drunk as hell and need something to pad your stomach before you pass out. And now, instead of getting up to griddle your own, you can get them delivered any place, any time. That's because Denny's has launched a 24-hour delivery service called Denny's on Demand.
This means you can get one of those famous Grand Slams delivered to your door at 3 a.m. or put breakfast on the table without getting out of bed.
The chain's new ordering platform works on your smartphone or desktop, offering both takeout and delivery options 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You can choose your pickup or delivery time, track your order, and look back at your ordering history.
Here's how it works: Create a Dennys.com account complete with your delivery address and payment information. From there, choose your nearest Denny's location and start ordering. When you're ready to checkout, select either pickup or delivery and choose an estimated time slot.
What's more, you'll soon be able to place an order on Twitter (just like Domino's!) or Facebook via direct messaging, Digital Trends reports.
"Denny's has always been a place where America can come and get their favorite breakfast, lunch and dinner dishes, literally at any time of day or night," John Dillon, Denny's chief marketing officer, said in a press release. "With Denny's on Demand, we've taken that same 'always open' philosophy and expanded it ... whether it's a Grand Slam for dinner … or pancakes at 3 a.m., the options are endless and now truly the world is your diner."
Think of all the cured hangovers and Sunday brunches in bed! You're really doing the Lord's work, Denny's.
