You would think after spending a solid eight hours at Olive Garden that I would have walked away with some of the restaurant's dirty secrets. Nope. Instead, all I got was a belly bloated from the Never Ending Pasta Bowl. But apparently all it takes to spill OG's insider information is to go on a date with a former manager.
In fact, one man turned casual chit-chat into a full-on interview that he live-tweeted — including the hell that breaks loose when the restaurant (gasp!) runs out of breadsticks. Twitter user Joe Wadlington says he went on a date with the former manager of Olive Garden in the tourist trap that is Times Square in New York.
Of course he also addressed the ever-important question about just how much you could take advantage of OG's hospitality.
But apparently a knife fight broke out once and that STILL wasn't as bad as when the restaurant was fresh out of buttery breadsticks.
Well damn, remind us to ask about the supply before we sit.
