Domino's is clearly not afraid to take risks: From opening a restaurant in Italy, the pizza capital of the world, to letting customers place orders using emojis, the popular pizza chain continues to surprise us. Its latest humble brag is the DXP, a custom-designed delivery vehicle that Domino's has begun to roll out.

A tweet from the Domino's twitter yesterday says that "We saw the DeLorean door and thought, why not an oven door?" This clever (timely) Back to the Future  reference made us giggle, but the photo of this new forward-thinking delivery car made us way too excited.

So what makes the DXP so special? For starters, there's a warming oven right behind the driver's seat that can get as hot as 140 degrees Fahrenheit. An oven door is accessible from the outside, replacing a back seat window. So long, room-temperature pizza delivery. Plus, there are special storage racks that can accommodate up to 80 pizzas, which means you can go ahead and start placing those party-size orders

These vehicles, which are stripped-down versions of the Chevrolet Spark, will be available to franchise owners nationwide for around $25,000. Added features like custom hubcaps and a puddle light that projects the Domino's logo on the ground make the DXP a great branding tool. Not to mention that it's a much more fun way to get take out—no more soggy-crusted deliveries from unmarked cars. While the DXP isn't quite a DeLorean, we are more than okay with getting our pizza delivered in a built-in oven.
