When you’re out of milk, the next best option in place of cereal for breakfast is cereal-based bars. Lucky Charms and Cinnamon Toast Crunch fans are especially in luck, because people are spotting soft baked bars inspired by the cereals in stores.

Photos of the bars are popping up on Instagram and all seem to be coming from Walmart, though it’s likely they’re also being sold elsewhere. The Lucky Charms bars are individually wrapped and sold in packs of six. Each 100-calorie bar is made of a dense cake similar to a brownie but with vanilla instead of chocolate. Marshmallows are baked into the cake, and then it’s topped with what appears to be icing or marshmallow drizzle.

Similarly, the Cinnamon Toast Crunch bars come individually wrapped and in six-packs. Each bar is 90 calories, features cinnamon swirled into the cake, and is topped with icing. One bar essentially mimics the essence of a single toasted cinnamon cereal square. Cinnamon lovers will not be disappointed.

People in the comments of these Instagram posts seem to be on the fence about them. Those who haven't tried them want them ASAP, but those who have tried them say they're not the best. On the other hand, there are people who love them. Either way, General Mills is always out here trying to satisfy with variations of its most beloved cereals, and we’re here for it. You can break these bars out for breakfast, dessert, or as a snack. The versatility is immense!
