The Chopped judge and Iron Chef alum teamed up with our friends over at Dash to create cast-iron cookware that is non-stick without sacrificing any of the qualities that make cast iron so great, like effortless searing.

In addition to being impressively non-stick, it also doesn't need seasoned, is safe for all cooking surfaces (including ovens, stovetops, grills and open flame), and wipes clean. Once the cast-iron material and the skillet were perfected, Chef Zakarian and Dash designed even more cookware that isn't traditionally made of cast iron, including a wok, a baking dish, and a grill topper. Behold, the non-stick cast-iron skillet that started it all. The magic ingredient here (and throughout the rest of the Zakarian by Dash cast-iron collection) is a TruPro titanium ceramic non-stick coating. The coating forms a non-stick barrier between food and the pan without getting in the way of that signature cast-iron sear. The coating wipes clean, prevents rusting and is free of chemicals found in other non-stick cookware like PFAS, PFOA, PTFE, lead and cadmium.
The cast-iron skillet's big sibling, this 4.5-quart deep skillet (with lid!) is great for one-pot meals and stovetop-to-oven preparations. It features two handles so it's easy to maneuver and a pour spout for serving.
