Turns out Olympic athletes aren't just out for gold medals in Rio—they've also set their sights on the Golden Arches. McDonald's has long been a sponsor of the Olympics, and the fast-food joint has opened special locations for the games in London, Beijing, Sydney and Sochi. The Mickey D's in the athlete's village in Rio isn't open to fans, but it's managed to stay plenty busy thanks to athletes lined up out the door to claim their free Big Macs and fries. Those of you who love a good Quarter Pounder with Cheese can rest assured that you're in good company—some of the best athletes in the world are "lovin' it" too.

Fiji dominated Great Britain in the gold medal match, then celebrated by drinking kava and taking a group trip to McDonald's. One of the players is even quoted as saying "I'm really looking forward to having a Big Mac right now," after the win.
