10 "Healthy" Whole Foods Products That Aren't Actually That Good For You

Sometimes grocery stores are truthful and sell really healthy foods ... and sometimes they don't. Whole Foods, which is currently the country's healthiest grocery store, has now decided to go after the title, "World's Healthiest Grocery Store," Oregon Live reports. However, by changing their slogan to this, Whole Foods will be easily convincing its consumers that all of its foods are healthy, while this is not actually the case.

We recently took a trip to Whole Foods to check out what they had to offer. Here are ten products we found that are marketed as healthy that aren't actually that good for you. (And before you ask, no, we are not nutritionists, we're just using common sense.)

Yogurt is one of those foods that always goes on everyone's shopping list when they start a diet because it's easy and usually tastes so good. Be mindful of sugar levels, though, because the sweet taste has to come from somewhere. A single serving of this low-fat yogurt boasts 30g of sugar and 110mg of sodium. Womp, womp.

Everyone knows soda isn't good for you (duh), but when packages are marked with things like, "sweetened with 100% cane sugar," it can be easy to convince yourself that you're making a healthy choice. Be careful, though, as these bottles of root beer have 29g of sugar per serving.
