Few things transport us back to childhood breakfasts like a warm-from-the-toaster Pop-Tart. (Okay, maybe this mini Pop-Tart cereal comes close.) Starting in January and running through Spring, Kellogg's will be launching seven amazing new flavors. And they're far from typical—including sweet and fruity watermelon to savory and salty bacon. While we have to wait a few months to start taking some of these these brand new boxes home, we've already got them on the top of our grocery lists. Of course, if you're too impatient you can always make your own Pop-Tarts at home.

Maple Bacon

Maple and bacon might be our favorite breakfast combo, so this pastry is highly anticipated. Its golden crust is packed with maple-bacon filling and topped with sweet white frosting. The "crunchlets" showered on top are salty and smoky, which only makes our cravings worse. And it's finally hitting store shelves in January 2016.

Chocolatey Caramel

Another January launch, this new number lives up to its name, featuring a decadent chocolate crust full of caramel. It's even topped with extra chocolate and caramel icing. Expect to see these babies on supermarket shelves nationwide by December.

Frosted Watermelon

While this seems like more of a warm-weather flavor than suited for the cold, watermelon is slated to hit stores in December. But we're thinking its sweet center and pink-and-green icing will be a bright flash of summertime amid the winter blue. Start stocking up now: The fruity flavor is arriving in stores now and we're not sure how long it'll last.
