The year: 1928. The historical happening: the Reese's Peanut Butter Cup was born. In the 90 years since the humble peanut butter and chocolate candy became an icon, the empire H.B. Reese created has churned out nearly 100 other treats. Some have come and gone, and some still remain: The current line-up stands 30-plus products strong. As serious journalists, we knew there was only one way to tackle the box of goodies that arrived at the Delish HQ. We ate them. All of them. We discussed their merits—their pros and their (very few) cons—and we landed on this: an official ranking of every Reese's candy that's on the market.

We're not saying you're wrong if you disagree; we're just saying we're right, no ifs, ands, or buts about it. Because if we're not, all those stomachaches and sugar highs were for naught—and that's just not a fate we're willing to accept.

31. White Reese's Mini Cups

Orange,
Reese's / Allie Folino

You will be hard-pressed to find a crowd that's more pro white chocolate than con. The crew at Delish is not that crowd you're looking for. Some of us didn't mind these, but we'd never call them our favorite.

30. Reese's Dipped Pretzels

Snack, Vegetarian food, Food, Superfruit, Breakfast cereal, Plant, Cuisine,
Reese's / Allie Folino

These are fine. They're fine! But they can't compete with Reese's' other products. In and of itself, though: "It's a really good chocolate-covered pretzel." - a self-proclaimed chocolate-covered pretzel lover. Again, they are fine.

29. Reese's Crunchers

Orange, Circle, Label, Snack,
Reese's / Allie Folino

The attempt here is nice. We see what Reese's was going for: a peanut buttery take on Buncha Crunch. It's just that this falls a little flat. The thing that's so nice about a Reese's is its sweetness, and this is a little too bland.

28. Reese's Stuffed with Pieces

Food, Peanut butter, Snack, Cuisine,
Reese's / Allie Folino

This is less of a complaint and more of a request: Some more Reese's Pieces stuffed inside this cup wouldn't hurt anyone. The picture on the package shows more than we actually found. Nevertheless, this sh*t is good. How could it not be?

27. Reese's Peanut Butter Clusters

Orange, Food, Tableware, Label, Circle, Cuisine,
Reese's / Allie Folino

To be honest, we all felt this was essentially a Snickers rip-off. We enjoyed it, though—all the caramel, peanut, pecan, and peanut butter goodness. And what Reese's knows how to do properly that Snickers doesn't is that insanely delicious peanut butter. Le sigh.

26. Reese's Miniature Cups Stuffed with Pieces

Yellow, Circle,
Reese's / Allie Folino

Again, we wish there were more Pieces in here—just like in the regular-sized cup. That's all. This tastes lovely.

25. White Reese's Peanut Butter Cups

Orange, Label, Logo,
Reese's / Allie Folino

This is a divisive one, but what Reese's does well is make their white chocolate somehow not taste totally disgusting. In fact, it kind of disappears, and all you end up tasting is peanut butter. And for that reason, this sucker can stick around.

24. Reese's Mini Sticks

Orange,
Reese's / Allie Folino

It's a snackable version of the bigger Reese's Sticks. We read that as: You can eat more of these than you can of the bigger sticks. We like this.

23. Reese's Peanut Butter Trees

Peanut butter, Food, Snack, Peanut, Toffee, Paste, Cuisine, Caramel, Confectionery, Nut butter,
Reese's / Allie Folino

Reese's loves a tree; you'll come to notice that. This one tastes great. It's festive. It's nothing to write home about, but it's nothing to throw in the garbage. It just exists.

22. Reese's Peanut Butter Ghosts

Orange, Illustration,
Reese's / Allie Folino

Reese's doesn't clarify that these are white chocolate because, when it comes to ghosts, white is your only option. (Cute, no?) The shape doesn't exactly hold up—it's a little bit blobby—but the taste is good, and the white chocolate's not as candle waxy as it could be.

21. Reese's Big Cup Stuffed with Pieces

Orange, Label, Logo, Circle,
Reese's / Allie Folino

Reese's really banked on the the fact that Pieces and cups would be a winning combination. (Get to the bottom of this list, and you'll see they've tried this combination many times.) The novelty of the Big Cup makes this a tad more exciting than it is in a miniature or regular-sized cup.

20. Reese's Peanut Butter Pumpkins

Food, Cuisine,
Reese's / Allie Folino

This, right here, is a true icon—a Halloween must-have. But this day in age, you also run a risk having a pumpkin-shaped whatever that isn't actually pumpkin-flavored. Would that be a nice addition to this classic? Sure. But are we happy with this as-is, too? Yep.

19. Reese's Milk Chocolate Trees Stuffed with Pieces

Food, Peanut butter, Confectionery, Snack, Chocolate, Label, Cuisine,
Reese's / Allie Folino

Listen, Reese's: This Christmas tree shape was a swing and a miss. One taste tester called it a "loose interpretation of a tree" and "tree-inspired." She also called it something else we won't mention. But we will mention what people said about the taste: It has the perfect amount of chocolate and the hidden Pieces are a welcome surprise.

18. Reese's Sugar-Free Miniature Cups

Food,
Reese's / Allie Folino

Hold on to your hat. Call everyone who's near and dear to you. We have NEWS. Reese's sugar-free candy is...good? The difference between it and the regular miniature cups is almost imperceptible. We won't go as far as to call it a health food (because, c'mon you guys, be adults), but some people went as far as calling these little suckers keto-friendly. Do with that what you will.

17. Reese's Nutrageous

Dairy, Label, Food,
Reese's / Allie Folino

The Nutrageous is a poor man's Outrageous! (more on that later). That's not to say it isn't great. The bar has peanut butter, peanuts, caramel, and chocolate. It's just missing a little somethin' somethin'—like the Reese's Pieces that the Outrageous! contains.

16. Reese's Peanut Butter Bells

Orange, Food, Label, Orange soft drink, Orange, Cuisine,
Reese's / Allie Folino

"What is this?" one taste tester asked. "It looks like just a peanut butter cup...in the shape of a bell," another answered. This could be your answer for many of Reese's candies. We're docking a point (they're imaginary, calm down) solely based on the fact that the packaging could be (and was) confused for a jalapeño-flavored candy. That said, these taste like chocolate and peanut butter, and we're into that kinda thing.

15. Reese's Snack Mix

Orange,
Reese's / Allie Folino

In lieu of editorializing this one, we'll just let one taster's words explain it all: "I could eat a bowl of this and feel totally fine. I couldn't do that with regular Reese's cups. It's super light. It's almost like a healthy Reese's. It's diet Reese's." Sounds nice, right?

14. Reese's Big Cup

Food, Ingredient, Cuisine, Processed cheese, Label,
Reese's / Allie Folino

If you don't like peanut butter, you're in the wrong place. If you love peanut butter, welcome, you've found where you belong. This cup—the peanut butter lovers cup—is exactly what you've been waiting for your entire life. It's packed to the brim with that somehow creamy and crumbly peanut butter only Reese's can make well.

13. Reese's Sticks

Food, Snack, Wafer, Cuisine, Toffee, Chocolate, Label, Confectionery, Chocolate bar,
Reese's / Allie Folino

One of our editors feels fiercely that when you add a wafer to anything, it gets better. Case in point: the Reese's Sticks. It's just peanut butter and chocolate...with a wafer. Like a Kit Kat, but so much better.
