Lorenzo Bevilaqua Hall was a co-host of The Chew throughout its seven seasons from 2011 until it was cancelled in 2018. The show was canceled weeks after the NYPD confirmed they were investigating co-host Mario Batali after allegations of sexual assault against him arose, though he hadn't appeared on the show for months. She wouldn't confirm whether the accusations against Batali had anything to do with the cancelation: “If they did, [the show] was a scapegoat. But I have no idea.”
