This morning's royal wedding was nothing short of a spectacle. From Meghan's sleek dress to the star-studded guests, there was SO. MUCH. GOING. ON. Here are nine moments you may have missed from the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's spectacular wedding.
Prince Harry left an empty seat for his mother.
Grab your tissues again ... Prince Harry left one seat open in honor of his mother, the late Princess Diana, at the ceremony. Princess Diana's siblings attended the wedding, and one — Lady Jane Fellowes — gave a reading.
Meghan's bouquet was made with very special flowers.
In another tribute to Harry's mother, the couple put Forget-Me-Nots — Princess Diana's favorite flower — in Meghan's bouquet. According to Kensington Palace, Prince Harry HAND-PICKED the flowers from their private garden the day before the wedding. We're done here.
Harry fumbled with the veil.
As Harry turned Meghan's veil over, he got a little confused. We don't fault him ... did you see how long that thing was?! Plus, he made sure to adjust it so it was justtt right. What a guy. ðŸ˜
Harry said the sweetest thing to Meghan at the altar.
When Meghan reached her soon-to-be groom, he appeared to say, "You look amazing. I'm so lucky." We're not crying, you are.
Meghan Markle was "accompanied" down the aisle...
... rather than given away. She's a modern lady, after all, and this small distinction was important to her, ABC reported. After all the drama with her father, Prince Charles ended up being the one to walk her down the aisle.

Everyone was talking about Bishop Michael Curry's lively, energetic sermon, but in all the excitement, you may have missed his reference to Dr. Martin Luther King. "The late Dr. Martin Luther King once said, and I quote: 'We must discover the power of love, the redemptive power of love, and when we do that we will make of this old world a new world. For love is the only way.'"
They omitted an important word in their vows.
Like Princess Diana and Duchess Kate before her, Meghan Markle did not use the word "obey" in her vows. Her and Harry were also pronounced "husband and wife" instead of "man of wife." These small changes reflect Meghan and Harry's commitment to women's rights.
Two British singers were there — and neither were Ed Sheeran.
There were tons of celebs in attendance, from Oprah to Idris Elba and many of Markle's Suits co-stars. But if you didn't look closely, you may have missed two British singers that snagged an invite: Joss Stone and James Blunt (who doesn't love 'You're Beautiful'?).
Prince Harry's ex-girlfriends were invited.
Inviting exes to weddings can be tricky, but Harry's clearly still friendly with Chelsy Davy and Cressida Bonas. Plus, when there are literally hundreds of other guests around, it's not quite as awkward.
