The Lavish Mansion Christina El Moussa Shared With Tarek Is Now For Sale

More than a year after their divorce, Christina El Moussa is selling the house she shared with her ex-husband Tarek—and it's flippin' massive! The Flip or Flop stars spent two years (and a whopping $1.5 million) renovating the 6,366-square-foot mansion in Yorba Linda, CA. Now, it's listed for $2.995 million through Dean Lueck of First Team and Christies International Real Estate. (Fun fact: Christina recently began working for the latter, specializing in luxury homes.)

"It was a very stressful process, but somehow we pulled it off," Tarek explained to People in 2016 of the renovation process, calling the finished product "the house we've been dreaming of our entire lives together."
A private in-ground pool is the focal point of the outdoor space.
Palm trees and a waterfall feature makes the 800-square-foot pool pavilion feel like an oasis.
"We actually kind of remodeled our home twice," Tarek told the publication. "The first remodel was about 25 percent in, and it was a totally different look—it was more browns, beige, more of a rustic look."
Christina decided she wanted a more modern, glam look, so the palette switched to gray, black, and white, as in this outdoor kitchen.
The open floor plan leads into the outdoor living room, outfitted with a TV and fireplace.
Just imagine the dinner parties the El Moussas hosted in this outdoor dining room overlooking the pool.
Of course, cooler nights call for a fire pit.
Inside, the formal dining room includes a jaw-dropping chandelier.
"We tried to choose some elements that are timeless as far as the dark cabinets and marble," Christina in the People interview.
"We picked stuff that we thought that we wouldn't get sick of, and that eventually if we ever sold, that other buyers would also like."
Glass doors in the living room open up to the great outdoor space.
The master suite boasts a fireplace and walk-in closet.
And the El Moussas' master bath has a soaking tub and seamless glass shower.
A grand staircase leads to two bedrooms and a play room on the second floor.
