Holy cow! Carrie Underwood's Christmas dreams have come true.

The country star's husband, Mike Fisher, took to his Instagram Stories recently to reveal his surprising Christmas gift for his wife: two cows!

Mike's story began with the former NHL player attending a cattle auction while wearing a cowboy hat and aviator sunglasses. "Cattle auction time!" he wrote. "Big hat, no cattle...yet."

Before long, Mike got what he came for. His next video showed two cows, one brown and one black, roaming on a field looking for food.

"@CarrieUnderwood wanted cows for Christmas," he captioned the clip. "Merry Christmas babe!!"

Carrie also shared the news in a recent clip for Entertainment Tonight Canada:

"...and [Mike] got me cows, which is what I wanted," Carrie said. "I love cows, they're my favorite animal, I love them, they make me happy."

Carrie must be so thrilled! The former American Idol winner is a big animal lover who grew up on a cattle farm and credits the experience for inspiring her to become a vegetarian.

The cows join Carrie and Mike's farm just outside of Nashville, where they live with their two sons, Isaiah, 5, and Jacob, 23 months. The farm is also currently home to three dogs, two horses, and multiple chickens! And apparently little Isaiah named the cows "Brownie" and "Oreo." (So sweet!)

Between this amazing gift and her new HBO Max holiday special, My Gift, Carrie might be having her best Christmas yet! We are so happy for her and her growing animal family!
