The Costco bakery is no stranger to cooking up the occasional dessert mashup. I mean, who could forget about their cupcakes topped with an entire chocolate chip cookie? And they've done it again with their latest dessert: Tiramisu Cold Brew Coffee Cheesecake.
Quite the mouthful, in more ways than one, the latest addition to the bakery features a coffee-flavored cheesecake topped with a hearty layer of mascarpone, surrounded by a graham cracker and cocoa crust.
The cheesecake has already surfaced on Reddit where one user declared that the decadent treat "could be dangerous." Another person who did have the chance to try the dessert admitted that "It's freakin DELISH!"
And then, there was this in-depth review: "The cheesecake itself is actually coffee flavored and it's strong. The whipped topping was normal and not coffee flavored. I don't know if I tasted the marscapone because of the strong coffee flavor. I was hoping that the crust would be a little more flavorful but the chocolate and graham just washed each other out. My husband really enjoyed it but he likes strong coffee flavors."
On Instagram, Laura of @costcohotfinds was one of the first to offer their thoughts on the Tiramisu Cold Brew Coffee Cheesecake.
"It's unlike any dessert I've ever had...That's insane. That is so good," she said in her video.
In the comments, Costco fans quickly expressed their eagerness to get their hands on the cheesecake.
"I just found my date for Valentine’s Day!" read one comment.
We have to admit we really like the way they think.
