Millennials can't seem to catch a break these days. Another beloved item from our childhood might soon be a thing of the past now that Capri Sun has reportedly announced plans to release a new bottle design. According to @snackolator, an Instagram account that shares food news, the brand known for its pouches plans to release new 12-ounce bottles that are targeted to adults.
"New Bottles Coming Soon...No Straw Poking Required!" read a caption placed over an image of the Capri Sun bottles.
Unless the new bottles contain a crisp Chardonnay or an inviting Malbec, it seems that most adults want no parts. In fact, most of them are quite upset about the shift away from the iconic pouches.

As of now, it's unclear if Capri Sun has any plans on phasing out its pouches for bottles, but the outcry is real. The public has already begun lashing out at Capri Sun by adding comments to the company's most recent Instagram post. And let's just say they certainly didn't hold back.
"Dear caprisun, please don’t switch to bottles, you will go bankrupt," one person declared.
"PLEASE do not switch to bottles. The pouches are all we got left in this world," another user added.
The new Capri Sun bottles will be available in three different flavors: Fruit Punch, Strawberry Kiwi, and Pacific Cooler. As far as availability, the only info that we have is that they'll be available "soon."
