Celebrity chef Guy Fieri was a proud papa over the weekend as he celebrated his son Ryder's high school graduation. To mark the occasion, the TV star and restaurateur shared a handful of heartwarming photos from the ceremony on his Instagram page.
There was the obligatory family flick, a photo of Ryder after he received his diploma, and an adorable selfie with Guy and Ryder.
Guy also shared this special message: "So proud of @_ryderfieri Wow what a great high school career!! 3.7 GPA, basketball for 4 years and lacrosse senior year Love you son!"
Given that Ryder has appeared alongside his father since he was just a tot, a number of fans were shocked to see the 18-year-old crossing the stage in his cap and gown.
"Wow does the time fly I remember when he was barely walking when you MrGuy started at Food network," one person commented.
There were also plenty of congratulatory messages from those who have seen Ryder grow up.
"Congrats to you….whole world ahead of you!! Kick some bootie!! Enjoy your summer. Much luck to you!! Great parents and big brother!!" read another comment.
We're only halfway through 2024 and this has already been quite the year of milestones for Ryder. It was just a few months ago when he celebrated his 18th birthday.
To celebrate, Guy shared quite the moving message to his son in a post uploaded to Instagram. He revealed that he "couldn't be more proud" of Ryder, and also added that he's "an amazing person."
