A day after Kate Middleton made her first public appearance, and three weeks after announcing that she's expecting her third child, Prince William has suggested that the due date for their little one might be sooner than expected.

Kensington Palace revealed news that the Duchess is expecting another royal baby back on September 4, leading many people to presume that the royals were waiting until the recommended three-month mark before announcing her pregnancy. As a result, it's been widely thought the baby will arrive sometime in April 2018.

However, during a visit with Spitalfields Crypt Trust (a charity that supports those dealing with homelessness and addiction in East London) Prince William dropped a major hint that his wife might be further on in her pregnancy than we were originally led to believe.

Congratulated for expecting his third child with Kate Middleton at the site visit, William told one midwife: "All the best with the midwifery, I may see you sooner than you think."

So, could baby number three be coming sooner than we thought? Looks like it!
